Thursday, February 10, 2011 - I believe in old Burgundy wine especially from great vintages. It's always sweet and mild-blowing. This wine is like that, starts with the classic nose of Burgundy, sweetness and fine texture, soft aftertaste and linger finished. Feelin' so good.

Time passed by...scent of terroir appears bit by bit...more texture and body...elegant finished...

In my imagination, I can feel the sun in the afternoon and the cold wind at night. The smell of turning leafs, the earth on the vineyard.

This is not a big wine but truly great at this moment. Such a good feeling drinking it when it is 25 years-old.

Drink now - 2015..................glad to see a few bottles left in my cellar........................
