Tuesday, March 22, 2011 - Dark garnet color. Popped from the cellar to taste and allowed to breath in the bottle. There is evident bottle age on the nose as some of the aromas are a bit baked. The wine has a medium mouthful of Rioja leather flavors with some cherries on the finish. I would recommend drinking extra inventory soon. EG WineArchitect
