Monday, April 4, 2011 - The wine improved noticeably after an hour in the glass. The nose still has hints of pear and vanilla but is more butterscotch. Still very structured. The good bottles were very good and seem young, but almost 50% of the bottles opened for a large dinner were oxidized.
