Thursday, April 21, 2011 - Starts out a bit tight and tannic, with light pepper, spice, bramble. I was pleased with the balance on this wine. Sure, this is big zin but the delicious berry and smooth texture, along with some vanilla, this was great with the salmon burger and apple-jicama slaw I paired with it.
