Saturday, April 23, 2011 - Lemon mousse with a hint of salt. Lacks a teeny bit of acidity that would make this outstanding, but still quite nice with Fanny Bay oysters and red snapper ceviche. A week later, this was about 1/3 bottle. Still tasty, maybe even with more weight. Fruit still intense.
