Saturday, May 7, 2011 - Very mature for a 6 yr. old CA cab. Showing a little bit of age around the rim and throwing some sediment. A little vegetal and healthy earth aroma. Gritty yet vibrant tannin complimented with dried, dark fruit. Finish was long and lingering. I would have guessed it was older.
