Monday, May 9, 2011 - This wine needed 2-3 hours to really open up and shine. It displayed an excellent balance of weight, fruit, acidity, and secondary characteristics. I wish that I had purchased a couple more bottles as I believe this still has 2-3 more good years ahead.
