Friday, December 3, 2010 - A nice rustic type of Pinot Noir. Aromas of black cherry, black berry and vanilla bean. Noticed layers of pipe tobacco and smoke notes. Classic Pinot aromas, mineral and earth notes. Flavors of caramel, raspberry and plum add robust fruit flavors. Lively acidity and robust tannins followed by a round finish.
