Friday, May 27, 2011 - Much better Sea Smoke experience than the last - which was about a month ago same vintage but Southing bottling (which was borderline undrinkable due to the heat, bitterness, etc) - as this wine was well integrated, showing all the positives of age and it's definitely drinking very well now.
