Saturday, May 28, 2011 - very, VERY sweet. Too sweet, with nothing really to make the sweetness even a little bit appealing. There was no acidity to speak of, which brings me to..Apricot, like you would get the syrup out of a delmonte can. I sensed nothing that would have balanced the almost cloying syrupy thickness. Mouth feel became throat feel, and you knew exactly where the wine was, as it made its slippery trail along your throat. There weren't too many of these,, nobody could finish more than an sip, or two.
