Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - Incredible wine. Pale yellow straw color. Nose of bread yeast, green apple, ripe pear. Gorgeous bubbles dissolve and dance on tongue, rich texture, with apple and hints of spice and caramel. Wonderful, balanced, lingering finish. This wine dances on your tonque front, mid palate and finish. Enjoy.
