Thursday, June 16, 2011 - Lovely stuff; perfectly mature Cabernet with gentle red and dark fruited flavours framed by developed earthy, cedary and spicy notes. There's a sense of restraint and lightness to the flavours, resolved tannins and bright acids that make it very easy to drink. Wish more Cali Cabs delivered like this.
