Wednesday, June 22, 2011 - This wine seems to be in a really good spot right now. It had a slightly cloudy, mid depth yellow colour to it. The bouquet had notes of butter in it. When tasting it, lots of butter and honey as well as a slight hint of oranges. I don't know if these will continue to improve but it was a really enjoyable bottle to drink tonight.
