Nose shows mature notes, but not out of place, there is an aged burgundy aspect here, thoughts of oak resolving, but this wine just saw it's first birthday. Soft cream soda, not super fruity, but... Cream soda and minerals, now we're talking!! Only biodynamic producer in south Africa I am told. There is something quite unique here, I must investigate further. Buy, buy, buy.
