Saturday, May 21, 2005 - Medium-gold colour. Huge amounts of bubbles. Aromas of yeast, lemon, granny smith apple, cream. Medium-bodied; not much on the palate. Tart, with some lemon and granny smith apple. A little hollow on the midpalate. Moderate finish, 25-30s, with lemon and caramel. Needs a little more time in hopes of the palate fleshing out more.
