Sunday, July 3, 2011 - A very nice wine, would have deserved a good pasta dish to go with, instead of the Battlestar Galactica on dvd and salted cashew nuts it was enjoyed with. A healthy dose of citrus and lime, good, subtle acidity and a pinch of minerality with a pleasent finish makes this overall a very nice pinot bianco.
