Thursday, July 14, 2011 - Light-bodied and fairly sweet with notes of sweet cherries, wet stone, and raspberry. I liked the refreshing effervescence, but it was a little too sweet for my palate. That being said, I enjoyed this experience and I'm glad I have one more bottle. Would make a nice post-BBQ bottle or something similar. The 7.5% ABV lends itself to easy quaffing.
