Thursday, July 14, 2011 - Apple, pear, and mineral on the nose, with a hint of apple blossom. Good minerality, maybe a touch sweet, with crisp apple, peach/pear on the palate. I found I needed to cool this below cellar temp to get the slightly out of balance acidity/alcohol to resolve. Refreshing, overall very good.
