This was great w pork stew last night & fine on it's own now. Note to self, buy more. I left this open in the decanter & the nose is a bit off now & it is falling apart a bit, the tannins fading. So I agree w other TN's. Open, decant for a short bit and consume or air vac for a Day II experience. Agree w most of the tasters. July 22. Tasted the dregs before throwing away the bottle. Porty looking, porty nose, Held together pretty well. Still some burnt prune fruit, sweet finish, some nice rusty, charred old oak sweeeet fruit, some heat, lingers.
