Sunday, September 24, 2006 - Very nice balance. Good acidity but not overdone. Drank w/ parmesan/wild mushroom risotto - nice pairing. Picked up some cherry notes and a little spice. Good finish - a tad hot but not opressive. Overall a really nice bottle and I'll look for more around here.
