Thursday, August 4, 2011 - What can I say, this is textbook Carlisle zinfandel. So thick and fruity that it's almost cloying and jammy but not quite. Cooling the wine down to 55F seems to help this. Loaded with fruit, I always get a ton of blueberry. Smells better than it tastes, but it tastes pretty darn good.
