Saturday, August 6, 2011 - Delicious with BBQ beef dogs and burgers at home. Dark purple. Black fruits, plum, pepper and spice on the nose. A big wine on the palate, but yet smooth and delicious. Plum, blackberry earth, pepper and spice on the palate. Just about ready now, but a little more time in the bottle wouldn't hurt.
