Saturday, September 30, 2006 - Decanted and poured. Should have decanted a while. Very young, dark inky stuff. Lots of mint and chocolate with some obvious tannins in the finish. Not touching the other 2 bottles I have for a couple years. Will keep drinking the 2000's for a while in place of this one.
