Saturday, August 20, 2011 - This was a really nice wine. Decanted for 3 hours prior to serving with ribeye steak. Bright fruit nose for a cab but still some oak there too. The midpalate really shows the blackberry, plum and even some red fruit with tones of graphite and oak as well. Tannins have completely mellowed leaving just the great wine. Probably starting to close soon so drink up.
