Sunday, August 14, 2011 - shared with pat at selkirk manor to wind down the week. paired with white fish fillet. another enjoyable bottle of this wine. see notes of 2/12/2011 for further description. i am still not sure that this wine will hold up until 2015. but i would buy more for near term consumption over the next two years.
