Monday, August 29, 2011 - Lovely ruby red despite the fact that its a lighter Pinot in color. Very light oak with raspberry and slight asparagus bouquet, perhaps even a little earth. Plain, little fruit, what there is is almost dried apricot, good acidity but a little thin overall on the palate. Nice wine though not amongst out favorites from the region.
