Monday, September 5, 2011 - Yeasty, croissant on the nose like an actual Champagne. Pale yellow color. Green apples on the nose. Crisp and lively with moderate structure, and a bit of tin or aluminum foil at the end. Decent enough for a pre-brunch starter on Labor Day.
