Monday, September 12, 2011 - More minerally than fruity, which is not a problem for a rockhead like me. Aromas of mineral, petrol and honey with a little bit of melon and citrus. The fruit it does show is more of the bruleed secondary type flavors. Good acidity and a nice creaminess. Holding up very well with a nice long minerally finish.
