Friday, September 16, 2011 - Elegant: balanced, soft tannins, medium intensity, nice fruit. Probably still has 5-10 years of life ahead of it, but I am not expecting it to improve further. OK to drink just 15 minutes after opening, and then continued to improve through the next 2 hours
