Saturday, September 17, 2011 - Reddish brown, fading a bit at the edge. Blackcurrent, fig, pepper, mushrooms, truffle, earthy tones on the nose. Well integrated tannins, medium length finish. Time to drink up. Made a perfect pairing with roast grouse.
