Sunday, September 18, 2011 - Had three bottles of this wine, two of which where flawed. Notes from the third one:
Light red color.
Red berries, plum, leather and tar on the nose. Mature.
Full taste of almonds, blue plums, cloves, red cherries and black olives. Alcoholic. Raisins and used wood on the finish. Tannic. Over the top. Medium short finish.
A strange and badly integrated wine not even remotely reminiscent of the varietes it's supposed to contain (grenache, mataro and Shiraz). Or maybe I just happened to come into a bad lot...
