Sunday, September 25, 2011 - This seemed to be near peak. Colour is a deep gold but is still bright and clear. Not that intense on the nose, light buttery apple fuit with notes of vanilla and hazelnut, some mineral notes. Really nice balanced palate, crisp but nice ripe apple and lemon fruit, minerally long finish. Excellent.
