Sunday, October 16, 2011 - A full-throttle cherry bomb right out of the chute. Kirsch and sandlewood coat the tongue, with a finish reminiscent of a fine Sambucca. Mellows out slightly as it sits, with alluring notes of hyacinth blooms. Drink now for the fruit rush; age another year or two for a more floral component. Either way, it's delicious.
