Friday, January 17, 2003 - Union des Grand Crus de Bordeaux (2000 Vintage) (Intercontinental Hotel Chicago): Nose of crushed grape skins and cassis. Flavors of tart raspberry, cherry and pomegranite (the latter being my wifes contribution since I have never had a pomegranite). This wine had gripping tannins and was medium bodied. I liked it. 92-93 points.
