Monday, November 7, 2011 - Popped and poured. Though we were disappointed overall, there was some underlying ripe fruit and creamyness that seemed to be overshadowed by bitter austere tannins. Some nice medium bright red fruit. Pretty one dimensional. Not terrible, but not at all up to Chimney Rock Cab standards.
