Thursday, July 1, 2010 - Supremely youthful in colour (it looks like a bruise), aroma (smells like a barrel sample) and in mouth (fresh as a daisy). There’s a big lick of Dutch liquorice, some blood plum and cassis and scorched earth. It is exceptionally well balanced and scythed through some fatty lamb like a vinous knife.
