Thursday, November 24, 2011 - We pulled this from the cellar while looking for a wine to pair with our Thanksgiving duck. The cork was a bit scary and there was quite a bit of chalky residue under the foil but still a classic French beauty. We’re going to enjoy it on its own, would not recommend much decanting though this one still has a few years left in it (but share with five others the fruits fall off quickly). Four out of five yums.
