Sunday, November 27, 2011 - Opened and splashed decanted. Served with a roasted chicken. This was the first bottle of the evening and the best, showing red cherry fruit with deep flavor and depth. Wonderful balance with verve. Very Good. Unfortunately, my last bottle of this vintage.
