Thursday, December 1, 2011 - Very intense and perfumed, unusual nose for a Champagne with hyacinths, lillies, yeast, wood, chocolate and some apples. The taste follows the noes in its intensity and style. Although a very solid and excellent Champagne, it is also very special and slightly outside of my preferences.
