Wednesday, November 5, 2008 - Château de Beaucastel Dinner with Marc Perrin (Christie's Amsterdam): Magnificent. Enormous concentration but seemingly weightless, floral, Riesling-like elegance, opens up beautifully in the glass. Limitless potential.
