Friday, November 3, 2006 - This was opened at Haggis' house last week. This is a Parker 98 pointer that sells for about $16. This is now 98 point wine but then I new that since I have had other Aussie stickies that Parker has over rated. This was an outstanding wine but not a classic. Very concentrated. Thick and viscous texture. It needed better balance to rate higher in my opinion. Notes of maple syrup and brown sugar. Almost too syrupy I think. 92 points.
