Saturday, December 3, 2011 - giacose dinner- wine decanted for approx 3 hours and it needed it as it gave little when opened. if anything it smelled a bit overly earthy. as it aired out it showed the rose/cherry earth nose and kept filling out. the best glass was the last one as it showed the tail end of red fruit and a lovely secondary development. this wine has time on its side
