Tuesday, December 20, 2011 - Kept upright for a few days, decanted for 5 hours, very little deposit (1cm). Jewelly colour. Flowers on the nose. Incredibly elegant and persistent. Gossamer texture. Excellent intensity. Wine of the meal.
