Sunday, December 25, 2011 - Lots of bubbles that start to fade within 30 minutes after opening. Medium straw with a tinge of salmon color. Yeasty and citrusy with undertones of oak and faint vanilla. Creamy mouthfeel that finishes with a flop. Nothing very noteworthy or special about this; once again Wine Spectator missed the mark by naming this in its Annual Top 100. Good inexpensive quaffer for $13.
