Thursday, December 29, 2011 - C- deep, dark garnet

N- right from the start there is a scent of acetone/nail polish (ethyl acetate) that seemed to blow off but didn't. Raspberry coulis, dark chocolate

P- lush, sweet cherries, minty notes, moderate acidity, moderate tannins

Unfortunately, and confirmed by a few people, the actone notes distracted from it's enjoyment

UPDATE: 1/1/12 Took btl home and VacuVin'd that night. revisited today and the same nose is there
