Saturday, December 31, 2011 - Butterscotch, tropical citrus, white peach and oaky spice. Bright, minerally acidity and good length. I think the comparisons to Chablis and PM are a little exaggerated, but I do think that while having many typical CA chard characteristics with tropical fruit and plenty of oak, this has a good deal of acidity and minerality that gives it great balance and allows it to be enjoyed with food.
