Sunday, January 8, 2012 - Reminded me of Brach's chocolate covered cherries I used to eat with my grandmother, Anna. The wine had a long finish, decant 1 hour before drinking. Wine opened up with each sip and swirl of the glass! Paired with Kenny’s Zinfandel braised beef short ribs and rutabaga gruyere cheese puree. Fabulous!
