Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - Harvey/Esther dinner with Eric, Lucas/Joyce (Fa Zu Jie): decanted for half an hour. not enough. only started to show its true colours after at least an hour. glorious aroma of beeswax, honeysuckle and exotic flowers. beautiful oily texture. much prefer drinking these wines young than in their oxidised stage.
