Saturday, January 14, 2012 - Open for business after an hour in the glass; very old school, very La Crau, loads of garrigue, pepper, cherry and darker fruits also, good grip here and also length and depth. Neuf at it's best. Quite firm for the vintage, will live for another ten years, but no mortal sin to drink it now.
