Thursday, January 19, 2012 - Opened not decanted. Plum colored with about a 1/4" of clarity at the edge of the glass. On the entry, dark cherry attack with black cherry notes; light to medium body weight; on the mid palate: citrus, cola, and a touch of maple syrup; some spices mixed with a some heat; ends with a dark citrus finish. Still showing somewhat young. Needs a decent decant or some more bottle age. Good to Good+.
